Educational Services
IYS offers various educational, counseling, and placement services to assist and encourage youths from low income families complete high school and further their education.
Homework Center (HWC)
Students and tutors from local colleges and universities tutor middle and high school students with their course work. The goal is to help students improve their grades and their performance on standardized tests. Student, parental and school buy-in is crucial, so all parties must sign an agreement committing to the Home Work Center’s goal.
Employment Services
Introspect Youth Services develops employment and job training opportunities that links unemployed youth in the community with employers. These cost-effective programs and services include:
Pre-Employment Skills Training (PEST)
Basic job orientation and job search skills that are needed for youth who are seeking employment.




Referral and Placement (RAP)
Job referral and placement services with public and private unsubsidized job opportunities. Many participants are youths who are not planning to further their education beyond high school.
